It didn't rain, but it was starting to get pretty chilly as we teed off for the La Mirada Weekly Disc Golf Tournament. This week we had five (5) players in two (2) divisions, Advanced (3) and Intermediate (2). There were no Open or Novice players this week. This week we played the temporary BACK-18 course.
In the Advanced division we had Mike Sheridan, Larry Grace and "Bama" Steve Civitak. Congratulations to Mike Sheridan for taking 1st place with a score of 56 (even) for $28. In the Intermediate division we had Skip Krem and new comer Trevor Cooke. Congratulations to Skip Krem for taking 1st place with a score of 56 (even) for $15.
No one hit the ACE or EAGLE pool this week so the pots will roll over to the monthly tournament which is Saturday, March 13th at 10am. Next week Larry Grace will be on hand to run the weekly tournament on Tuesday, March 9th at 4pm. Note that the ACE & EAGLE pools will not be available at the weekly next week.
