We had an awesome turnout for the 1st La Mirada Disc Golf Club Monthly Tournament. We had 48 players in four (4) divisions, Open (10), Advanced (14), Intermediate (11) and Novice (12). This month we played two (2) 18-hole rounds of disc golf. We started at 10am and played the Lakeside-18 PAR 54 course. After about a 45 minute break we played the BACK-18 PAR 57 course.
In the Open division it was regular Bobby Musick who spanked the rest of the Open players with a score of 82 (-19) for $56.
In the Advanced division it was Wyatt Coover taking 1st place with a score of 105 (-6) for $36.
In the Intermediate division it was Truman Rubideau taking 1st place with a score of 110 (-1) for $25.
In the Novice division it was Kendall Cordova who took 1st place with a score of 116 (+5).
No one hit the ACE pool which was at $215. So it will roll over to the Monthly Disc Golf Tournament in March. No ACE pool will be available for February because Rick will be playing in the Wintertime Open at OAK Grove.
